We ship everywhere in the United States and almost any country overseas! Express shipping is an option as well. 

Once an order is received, within 1 business day the mold will be shipped first class. It takes 3-5 days to arrive unless express shipping is selected. Once the mold is back, it takes roughly 5-7 days to complete the grillz and we will send a picture upon completion. 

Benzino Jewelry does not offer returns on completed grillz. But we will make sure that the grillz do fit your molds sent in properly no matter what. If a mold was done badly and a grill was made, a new proper mold will be needed in order to make the correct adjustments. We are here to make sure every customer is satisfied with our product.
