We do not perform dental procedures and are unable to make an impression of your teeth in person. You must purchase a do-it-yourself mold kit have or have an impression created by a licensed dentist (according to Florida law). We will not be held responsible for loss or damage whatsoever caused resulting from you sending us your personal valuables. We will refund 100% of your custom grillz purchase, upon request, if the grillz has not been made and your order is less than 45 days old. No refunds will be given on completed custom grillz or if we have not received a good mold within 45 days of transaction. You are responsible for a good mold, if you do not make a good mold the custom grillz will not fit properly. If you’re not satisfied with your grill because of a bad mold we will make you a new one for half the cost and the returning of your gold grill the same way we sent it. This excludes shipping and insurance.
